Q: Where are you based?
A: We are based in Pretoria, South Africa
Q: Do you keep stock of the products?
A: Each order is designed and custom made in South Africa.
Q: How long does it take to ship my order?
A: Because each order is custom made, after you've placed your order, it usually takes 3 to 5 business days to process it for delivery. After the order is dispatched it takes 3 - 5 business days for delivery. You will receive your order or your money back!
Q: What is the status of my order?
A: Once you have placed your order, we will send you a confirmation email to confirm your order.
As soon as your product ships from our Store, you’ll receive a tracking number that will let you keep tabs of where your order is at all times.
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: Payments are securely done with Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Diners Club. You can choose your payment method at checkout.
Q: Where do you ship?
A: We currently only ship to South Africa. For shipping outside of these South Africa, please reach out to our support through the Contact Us page.
Q: Do you accept returns?
A: We do accept returns in respect to the following conditions:
- The items are defective
- The item must have been sold on our online store
- The return or exchange request is made within 7 days of delivery
- The return is made within 14 days of the return or exchange request
- The item shouldn't have been used in any way

- We do not accept returns based on spelling mistakes captured by the customer.
- We do not accept returns based on text entered in the wrong fields on the website by the customer.
